Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Inspection and Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item at our Oregon facility, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
